Gutters need to flow

Our trees dropped leaves well into December, and now it’s time
for a good gutter clean out to start the year right.

Some advice from gutter expert, Drew:

The purpose of gutters is to guide water from your roof to the
ground while keeping it away from your house.

But water is never the only thing that ends up in your gutter.

Leaves, debris, shingle grit, even animals can find their way in
there.

When they get stuck, your gutters can clog.

  • Clogged gutters can lead to rotted fascia board and can allow
water to leak into your attic, ceiling, etc.
  • Clogged downspouts and drains cause water to leak into your
    crawl space or foundation.
  • It’s not only costly to fix but can cause dangerous mold and
    mildew growth.
