This week I had one of those moments that reminded me why I love what I do.
Why it matters: In our times of need or distress, we want to call someone we trust.
When I saw Frank calling me one minute before a scheduled phone conference, I answered.
βYou wonβt believe what just happened. Someone in a stolen truck just crashed into my garage and fence and the truck is holding up the corner of the garage.β
βFrank,β I said, βIβll be there in less than an hour.β
Over the next 24 hours, we got Frank’s garage boarded up and protected while we work with insurance to determine the scope of repairs.
The moment that warmed my heart was when I was standing there with Frank and he said,
“You were my first call.”
πΌοΈΒ The big picture: One of the reasons I started the Smart Homeowner Daily Email was to introduce you to a team of people who can be βyour first call.β
πΒ Pest problems β Call Michael Bosco β 214-704-9118
πΒ HVAC issues β Call Daniel Fisher β 214-850-4801
πΒ Alarm or camera questions β Call Joe Slota β 469-458-7014
